Accuris PR1000-HS Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase is designed for high-specificity PCR by preventing non-specific amplification. The polymerase is inhibited at ambient temperatures via a monoclonal antibody, and activity is only restored during the initial denaturation step at 95°C. Ideal for multiplex PCR, amplification of GC-rich templates, and reactions that require setup at room temperature.
Features
- Monoclonal antibody-inhibited polymerase for controlled Hot Start activity
