The advanced microprocessor system automatically identifies the installed rotor and displays the rotor code on a backlit LCD screen. It also prevents overspeed by converting RPM to the appropriate RCF based on the rotor specifications. A user-friendly control panel allows quick adjustments to accel/decel rates and alarm tones, and stores commonly used programs for efficient workflows.
Tool-assisted rotor changes take less than a minute using the included rotor wrench. The microplate-compatible swing-out rotor included in this configuration is ideal for labs processing plates, and additional rotors and adapters are available to support a wide range of sample formats.
